INCLUDED IN PRICE

  • Tourist tax
  • Change of bed linen twice a week
  • Change of towels every 2 days
  • Final cleaning (as described above under the „Final cleaning” paragraph)
  • Pool maintenance
  • Garden maintenance

  • Daily basic cleaning and property maintenance (except Sunday)
  • Internet access
  • Parking space
  • Boat mooring
  • Bikes

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE

Any damage or misuse of the property, final cleaning in case of pets is agreed, additionally requested cleaning during stay (above 3 hrs a day excl. Sunday) will be charged 15 Eur/hour, final cleaning (as described above under the „Final cleaning” paragraph), pool pollution that requires water exchange will be charged 600 Eur, any special service requests during stay.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Advance amount for confirmation: 40%
  • Balance due date: 60 days before arrival
  • When Booking is made less than 60 days before arrival rental fee shall be paid in full

BOOKING POLICIES

  • Rental is not available for bachelor or graduation parties
  • Rental preference is for families and/or adult couples

OBLIGATIONS

  • Refundable security deposit for damages 650,00 EUR
  • Minimum stay: 7 nights
  • Check in: 16.00
  • Check out: 10.00 am

ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST

  • Boat, Jet ski or motor yacht rental
  • Private transfers
  • Baby cot available on request
